HEMORRAGIA INTRA-PSEUDOQUISTO PANCREÁTICO: APRESENTANDO--SE COMO ICTERÍCIA OBSTRUTIVA | HEMORRHAGE IN A PANCREATIC PSEUDOCYST: A CASE OF OBSTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE

ABSTRACT
Despite improvements in the diagnosis and management of pancreatic pseudocysts, the incidence of intracyst hemorrhage ranges from
6 to 17%. It´s reported a case of obstructive jaundice resulting from the compression of common bile duct by a hemorrhage in a pancreatic
pseudocyst after rupture of a pseudoaneurism diagnosed by CT, which is uncommon. The patient was hemodynamic stable which allow an
angiographic embolization that was a successful management without complications.
Key Words:Pancreatic pseudocyst, obstructive jaundice.
