MASSA MEDIASTÍNICA EM DOENTE SOB ANTICOAGULAÇÃO | MEDIASTINAL MASS IN PATIENT WITH ANTICOAGULATION

Senhora de 78 anos, anticoagulada, com clínica de vómitos e dor abdominal, que recorre ao serviço de urgência hipoten-
são e com anemia. Na investigação foi documentada uma massa mediastínica com área hemorrágica central. A endoscopia
digestiva alta mostrou imagem compatível com hematoma intratorácico. Apesar de repercussão hemodinâmica, a doente
apresentou uma evolução favorável.

78-year-old woman, anticoagulated, with a clinic of vomiting and abdominal pain, who uses the emergency service with hypotension and
anemia. In the investigation, a mediastinal mass with central hemorrhagic area was documented. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy showed
an image compatible with intrathoracic hematoma. Despite the hemodynamic repercussion, the patient presented a favorable evolution.
